About these terms
These terms govern your relationship with Wild Moon Society Ltd (company no. 12345678, registered in England & Wales). By booking a class, purchasing a product or subscribing to a membership you accept them.
Bookings & payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Bookings are confirmed at the point of payment. Class packages expire twelve months from purchase.
Membership
Monthly memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time via your account or by writing to us — a minimum of five working days before your next billing date.
Retreats
A 20% deposit secures your place; the balance is due 60 days before departure. See our refunds page for cancellation windows. Travel insurance is required and is the guest's responsibility.
Health & safety
Please share any relevant health information at booking. Our teachers will offer modifications, but ultimate responsibility for practising safely rests with you. If you are pregnant, injured, or unsure — speak with us before your first class.
Shop & shipping
We ship across the UK within 3 working days via tracked courier. International orders are quoted at checkout. Returns accepted within 30 days on unused items.
Intellectual property
All content — words, images, class recordings — belongs to Wild Moon Society Ltd. Please don't reproduce it without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. All other liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before any claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
