Who we are
Wild Moon Society Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales whose registered office is at The Milking Parlour, Eccleshall, Staffordshire ST21 6JT. We are the data controller of any personal data you share with us.
What we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone) when you book, purchase or write to us. Order and booking history. Payment metadata (never full card numbers — those are processed by our PCI-compliant partners). Optional health information you choose to share to help our teachers hold class safely for you.
Why we collect it
To confirm bookings, ship orders, personalise your experience, meet our safeguarding responsibilities and — only if you opt in — to send our monthly letter. We rely on the lawful bases of contract, legitimate interests and consent under UK GDPR.
Who we share it with
Only the processors we need to run the studio: our booking platform, payment provider, email provider, and shipping partners. Each is contracted under a UK-GDPR compliant Data Processing Agreement. We never sell your data. Ever.
How long we keep it
Bookings and orders: 7 years, as required by HMRC. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Contact-form messages: 24 months, then anonymised.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can access, correct, port, restrict or delete your data at any time. You can withdraw marketing consent with one click in any letter we send. Write to hello@wildmoonsociety.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
