Absolutely. Classes are designed for real people at every level. Just let us know when you message and Sue will look after you.
Where are your classes?+
Baden Hall in Eccleshall, the Yoga Barn in Ellenhall, and live online via Zoom on Saturday mornings.
Do you offer one-to-one or corporate sessions?+
Yes. One-to-one sessions are tailored entirely to you, and we run corporate yoga and wellbeing sessions for organisations across Staffordshire.
