Refunds & cancellations.

Classes & drop-ins
Cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before your class for a full credit back to your account. Later than 6 hours, the class is forfeited — this is how we protect our teachers and the waitlist.
Class packages
Unused classes in a package are transferable and expire 12 months from purchase. Packages are non-refundable but we'll happily gift the balance to a friend on request.
Memberships
Cancel your monthly membership any time with 5 working days' notice before your next billing date. No cancellation fees, no exit interviews.
Retreats
Full refund up to 60 days before departure, minus a £120 admin fee. 30–59 days: 50% refund. Under 30 days: non-refundable, but your place is transferable to another guest at no cost.
Shop orders
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to return unused items for a full refund. Personalised goods and opened oils cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to request a refund
Write to hello@wildmoonsociety.co.uk with your order or booking reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
